ENERTEC can perform Logistics Engineering tailored to the customer maintenance concept, including Logistics Support Analysis, Maintainability Analysis, Level Of Repair Analysis, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Availability Analysis.
All data recorders are delivered with a User's, Coupling and Routine Maintenance Manual. This manual provides all the required information to integrate, operate and maintain the equipment at O-level. An I-level Maintenance Manual can also be proposed, tailored to the user logistics structure.
User's Training and Maintenance Training courses can be provided, in factory, at ENERTEC agencies, or at the user's site, in Europe or overseas. I-level Maintenance Training can also be provided, tailored to the user logistics structure.
ENERTEC can recommend and supply spare parts determined in accordance with the unit MTBF, the mission profile, the turn-around time requirement.
ENERTEC can propose a full range of support services including on-site support during warranty, extended warranty conditions, and maintenance contracts including full obsolescence management and configuration management, tailored to the user maintenance policy.
